With a Master of Arts degree in Public Administration (MPA) from Saint Louis University, and a master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Missouri, St. Louis, the Dean of Students has the educational accomplishment to help advance the experience of students enrolled in Euohn Christian College. Having completed all necessary course and testing requirements for a PhD in Urban Politics (Education Policy), she is ABD while approaching her completed dissertation writing, in early 2019; also, with the University of Missouri, St. Louis. Dr. Cannon is a licensed Evangelist, having completed Aenon Bible College coursework through the Bethesda Temple Bible Institute of St. Louis Missouri, and is currently licensed by the Higher Ground International Ministries (HGIM), under the leadership of Apostle Larry J. Baylor (presiding Bishop), and of her own pastor, Bishop Terence E. Coleman, D.D., Assistant Presiding Bishop of Higher Ground International.

As an experienced instructor, Dr. Cannon has taught ministerial students of the Kingdom Authority School of Ministry (KASM), and various seminars, being called to travel by different churches. She has designed and taught professional development courses for K-12 school districts and taught as an Adjunct Instructor for several years at colleges and universities, including the University of Missouri St. Louis College of Education Graduate School, the Harris-Stowe State University College of Arts and Sciences, and the Anheuser Bush School of Business, also at Harris-Stowe.

In 2017 Evangelist Cannon founded Lace Covenant Ministries, with the launching of its first Women’s Conference in St. Louis, Missouri, described as “life changing” by registrants. She preaches and teaches the Word of God and is given to prophetic intercession. While ministering, the Lord sometimes gives her insight into the needs of people who stand before her for prayer, and yokes are broken off their lives.

She is the mother of two adult sons and has raised the children and grandchildren of her late sister by allowing the will of God to take precedence. Her desire is to complete all that God has willed for her life, knowing that she is called to this place and time by the Lord.
